Toffee Crunch with Hot Fudge
Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups Oreo crumbs
- ¼ cup better, melted
- 1 pkgs Beath Bits, divided
- 1½ gallon vanilla ice
cream
- Whipped cream
- Combine Oreo crumbs and butter and press in
lightly greased 9x13 dish.
- Combine ice cream and 1 pkg of Heath Bits
then pour over orea mixture.
- Place in freezer and allow to set
up.
Hot Fudge Sauce:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (6-oz) pkg chocolate chips
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Combine butter and chocolate chips in double
boiler or saucepan.
- Add sugar and milk.
- Cook about 8 minutes or until thick.
- Add vanilla.
To serve, cut frozen dessert into squares and
garnish with hot fudge sauce, Heath Bits and whipped cream. |
