Sausage Balls

Ingredients

• 1 pound Tennessee Pride Country Sausage
• 3 cups Bisquick
• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

1. Cook sausage in a skillet until it loses its pink color.
2. Stir to break up sausage.
3. Drain off fat.
4. Mix the Bisquick, sausage and cheese.
5. Form into 1-inch balls.
6. Bake on a cookie sheet in oven at 350° until brown.
