On the southwest corner of Yellowstone Lake is West Thumb Geyser Basin. You will find many colorful hot springs, smoking hillsides and a geyser cone located right in the lake. It is worth seeing and you won't take a long time here. Lewis FallsIf you head toward Grand Teton National park from West Thumb toward the south entrance, you will find Lewis Falls. This picture was taken from the road. Stop by on your way to the Tetons, but don't make a special trip from the Grand Loop. Instead, head on toward the Upper Geyser Basin and Old Faithful. Kepler CascadesBetween West Thumb and Old Faithful you will cross over the Continental Divide about four times. Before you arrive at your next destination, make sure you stop for a photo opportunity at Kepler Cascades.
