Seymour Street, Middlebury spans the town lines of Middlebury and Weybridge. This is a two-lane bridge of three spans, and one of only six remaining in the United States. It had the additional distinction of being the oldest covered bridge in Vermont, but was restored in 1984. Directions: .7 miles north on Route 23, .4 miles on Pulp Mill Bridge Road.

?Pulp Mill Bridge is located in a small neighborhood on the border of Middlebury and Weybridge, Vermont. It is a 184-foot Burr arch, double barrel truss construction which carries Pulp Mill Bridge Road over Otter Creek.

It was originally a single span, but time and use have reduced it's structural integrity - and part of reconstruction was dividing it into 3 spans with concrete piers, and timber cribs added at each division. The only other 2-lane covered bridge in Vermont serves as a staff entrance to Shelburne Museum. There is a nice old mill waterfall on Otter Creek, just north of this bridge.
