The picture below was taken at 24-hours old. That's her
natural mother on the right.
Hershey is one of those black furballs to the
left.
At 3-weeks old you can see that Hershey already has some
loving personality.
She's the one giving the big, wet kiss to her
sibling.
This is Hershey on December 31, 2006... the day that we
purchased her and brought her home to be a part of our family.
If she looks
sad, it's because she missed her brothers and sisters a lot that first day.
The first night was rough... while Hershey missed her
family, we missed a lot of sleep.
Mom and puppy found time to take a short
nap together.
And she really can spread out!
She quickly learned that the couch is more comfortable
than the floor.
