Christmas 2010 at Nowak House

The day started early... very early. Sharon and I were up at 4:15 AM to put the turkey in the oven and we never went back to bed. We worked in the kitchen all the way up until it was time to eat at noon.

Before the kids came, Sharon and I exchanged gifts and we gave some to our labradoodles too. They really liked their bog bones.

The sunrise was colorful this morning. You must wonder what the sky looked like the morning Jesus was born. All of creation must have been celebrating.

Sharon made Logan a graham cracker house. I took a picture of it before he got a hold of it. Funny thing is that I did more damage to it with my camera than he did eating it -- but that's another story.

Then everyone started showing up.

After a few family pictures, we then opened presents. Logan had one of the biggest stacks (imagine that?!).
