Thanksgiving Day
11-26-2008

The gang gathered for Thanksgiving delights on Thursday evening. Most were already full from lunch and anticipating a short evening, so our time was short.

Terri had to be at work at 3:30 AM for the big Black Friday sales at J.C. Penney, so she and Jason were the first to depart. But, we were glad to see them.

The excitement picked up with "horsey" rides around the house. Logan was having a blast.
I'm not so sure about Charlie.

David and Charlie made up very quickly afterwards.

Logan's attention was redirected to singing snowmen. He had been walking and crawling after Charlie all over the house and both needed a break.

However, when Uncle Kevin and Charlie went downstairs Logan was trying to find a way over the gate to be with them.

Kevin and Rebekah were heading out at 10:00 PM to begin shopping at the outlet malls that opened at midnight, so we started to wind down the evening...

...but not after another "horsey" ride on daddy's shoulders.

So, the Parker clan (David, Kristen & Logan) headed out. Kristen was going to pick up her mom, Sharon, at 3:45 AM for shopping a little closer to home that started at 4:00 AM.

Grandmommy Sharon took Logan over to say good-night to Charlie. Petting with feet was kinder than those little hands that had grabbed fur and skin earlier.

The rest of the doodles came in once company departed and cleaned up after us.

Charlie and Hershey.

Too much fun and food today. I know how Hershey feels!

Bryan, checking to see if Charlie still had a pulse.
