Truett-McConnell Graduation

Kevin Nowak and Rebekah Rhodes received their Associate degrees today in the fields of Christian Studies and Early Childhooh Education, respectively. Both are going to work in Rome, GA this summer and then return to Truett-McConnell College to finish their Bachelor programs.

The pre-graduation entertainment was non other than our grandson, Logan Parker.

Rebekah was first to receive her diploma. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Next, it was Kevin's turn. He graduated Magna Cum Laude also.

Below is the chapel steeple on campus with the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia in the background.

Grandmom (Sharon) gladly took Logan while Kevin and Rebekah socialized.

We changed clothes, ate BBQ, got sun-burned, loaded a dorm room of stuff into three cars and a truck (all Kevin's stuff), and then went home.
