It is October 4, 2007. I'm going home today. We're are so excited! Mommy tells me that I have a furry brother waiting on me!
My grandmommy and granddaddy were already at my house. Mommy and daddy went in to visit with Copper first, then grandmommy got me out of the truck to introduced me to my new home. My parents were told this would be the best way for me to make my grand entrance.
And here is furry brother. Copper is a long-haired, miniature dachshund. He has been waiting patiently for me. My Aunt Terri has been spending the night with him as he eagerly awaited my arrival.
And here's how it looked when the whole family was together for the first time.
